General Information
You do not need to be a member to place an order. UoN Services Retail Operations are open for business Monday to Friday during University semester. For trading times outside semester please call 02 4921 7956.
All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

Pricing Policy & GST
We try to keep our prices consistent throughout our Retail operations and on-line store. Occasionally, our pricing may vary due to special offers or prior agreements. Unless otherwise stated, specials that appear in our on-line store can only be purchased on-line.
All prices in the on-line store are quoted inclusive of GST and are listed in Australian dollars ($AUD).No discount apply to online purchases.
Postage, Handling & Delivery
Within Australia
Goods purchased on line will be shipped via Australia Post within three (3) working days of receiving cleared payment the order being placed (subject to stock availability). Please allow 3 – 7 working days for delivery. Unless delivery instructions specify otherwise, delivery will be made to your home address. If unattended, goods will be available for collection from your local Post Office.

over 250 g up to 500 g $10.00
over 500 g up to 1000 g $15.00
over 1000 g $20.00
Outside Australia
Goods purchased on-line will be delivered by air-mail and will take up to 20 working days (subject to stock availability). Local postal guidelines apply to all deliveries outside Australia.

Privacy
All information you send to UoN Services is kept in strict confidence. We do not share or sell any information on our customers with anyone unless we have your permission. Returns Policy
Purchases may be returned - unwashed and unworn – within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. We will gladly replace the merchandise, or if you prefer, issue a refund through your original method of payment, excluding delivery.
To return an item(s), please include the packing slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned goods via Australia Post Registered Mail to: Uni Memorabilia Shop, The University of Newcastle, University Drive, Callaghan, NSW, 2308.
All refunds will incur an administration charge of $10.00 (AUD).
Important Information
We reserve the right to cancel an order, at which time, we will notify you using the information provided and will refund the money paid using the original method received.
All orders are subject to stock availability.
All care will be taken, but no responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
Member discounts do not apply.
